The omega-3 market is crowded, and quality varies dramatically.
The factors that matter most in a fish oil supplement are:
- Oxidation levels (freshness)
- Heavy metal and PCB screening
- Dioxin testing
- Species sourcing
- Packaging integrity
Our Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil is tested for peroxide and anisidine values (freshness markers) and for heavy metals, dioxins and PCBs. The current batch shows low oxidation markers and contaminants within strict limits.
While the product is not IFOS certified, our testing scope exceeds what IFOS typically covers. We publish the batch-specific COA for full transparency.
The fish oil is MSC certified at the source fishery level. Due to MSC chain-of-custody requirements, we cannot display the MSC logo on the finished product label.
You can review the COA directly below the ADD TO CART button.
Like our other marine products, it’s packaged in a glass bottle with a metal lid to minimize plastic contact.
