How to Use

Mix two scoops with at least 8 oz of water, milk or coffee, using a shaker bottle with a whisk ball or a frother for the smoothest result and to prevent clumping. Creatine works best when taken consistently, so for best results use it every day, including rest days. No loading phase is required. For the most benefit, take it alongside a protein-rich meal: the extra protein raises your total daily intake and supports muscle protein synthesis. There is no need to mix creatine into your protein shake separately; every scoop already contains it.

Why Beef Protein + Creatine?

Beef and creatine have always belonged together. Creatine occurs naturally in meat, where it forms part of the energy system used by working muscle. Pairing it with beef protein turns that relationship into a deliberate daily practice: fuel the work, provide the raw materials and repeat. Beef protein isolate carries only a trace of creatine on its own, so we add a full, measured dose: 3 grams in every serving.

The real value builds over time. Each serving supports the larger cycle of effort, recovery and adaptation that turns individual workouts into lasting progress. Bringing both nutrients into the same daily formula makes that cycle easier to support consistently.

That matters because strength is useful far beyond a workout. It helps you carry, climb, build and stay capable as the years pass. The brain runs on the same energy system, and creatine is increasingly studied for its role in mental performance as well. This formula is designed to support that kind of strength: practical, durable and ready for real life.

What’s Inside

01 HydroBEEF™ Beef Protein Isolate

HydroBEEF™ is a hydrolyzed beef protein isolate that starts with grass-fed, whole-animal beef and delivers 22 grams of beef protein isolate per serving, along with naturally occurring collagen. Its nose-to-tail approach makes use of meaty bones and connective tissue, not simply muscle trim.

02 Creavitalis® Creatine Monohydrate

Every serving has three grams of micronized Creavitalis®, a premium creatine monohydrate made in Germany. Creatine helps fuel short bursts of high-intensity effort, supporting strength and power when your training asks for more.

03 Pink Himalayan Salt

A small touch of pink Himalayan salt pulls the whole flavor together. It softens the sweetness, rounds out the vanilla and adds just enough contrast to keep every sip balanced, satisfying and easy to come back to.

04 Natural Vanilla Bean Extract

Real vanilla beans give this blend its warm, familiar flavor—smooth, aromatic and naturally inviting. It tastes like true vanilla rather than a passing dessert trend, making it easy to enjoy day after day without flavor fatigue.

05 Monk Fruit Extract

Monk fruit brings a clean touch of sweetness without sugar, stevia or artificial sweeteners. It lets the vanilla shine without taking over, creating a finish that feels light, balanced and made for more than the occasional treat.

Nose-to-tail fuel in a shaker bottle.

Each serving of Beef Protein + Creatine delivers 22 grams of whole-animal beef protein isolate paired with 3 grams of creatine monohydrate, the most researched performance supplement on earth.

And since it’s sourced from the meaty bones and connective tissue of grass-fed cattle (rather than just muscle meat, like most beef protein powders), each scoop is naturally rich in the glycine, proline and hydroxyproline that support joints, tendons and skin. It’s pure nose-to-tail fuel in a shaker bottle.

Made with care, from pasture to pouch.

Somewhere along the way, protein powder stopped being made from real food. Most of what's on the shelf is whey left over from cheesemaking or pea protein refined until it barely resembles a plant, then thickened, smoothed and sweetened with a list of additives most of us can't pronounce.

Our Beef Protein + Creatine goes back to the source: grass-fed cattle raised without added hormones, pure German creatine monohydrate, and real vanilla beans. Just five ingredients in a kraft paper pouch that is certified industrially compostable.

No junk. No fillers. Nothing you have to research before putting into your body. We believe it’s the cleanest beef protein powder on the market.

FAQs

Questions about beef protein

What are the benefits of beef protein powder?

First, beef protein powder supports muscle growth and repair. A premium beef isolate is a complete protein, delivering all nine essential amino acids required to trigger muscle protein synthesis and rebuild tissue after heavy training.

Second, it fuels strength and power output. When paired with a clinical daily dose of creatine, the formula goes beyond basic muscle repair. Creatine actively replenishes muscle ATP (adenosine triphosphate) during training, helping to maintain peak power, strength, and cellular hydration.

Third, it protects joints, tendons, and skin. Because authentic beef isolate is made from meat, bones, and connective tissue, it contains naturally occurring collagen. This delivers high levels of glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline — the specific amino acids needed to support and strengthen connective tissues alongside muscle recovery.

While beef protein powder provides everything needed for muscle, power, and joint repair (especially when combined with creatine), it is not a multivitamin.

If you're looking to fill micronutrient gaps with Vitamin A, B12 and heme iron (among others), pairing it with a broad-nutrient supplement like Beef Liver capsules is a smart and simple approach.

Is beef protein powder better than whey?

For most people, yes. Beef protein is naturally free of lactose and milk proteins, so it prevents the bloating and digestive trouble that whey protein often causes.

Plus, beef protein digests more slowly than whey, which keeps amino acids available to your muscles over a longer window instead of a short spike.

And because our beef protein powder is made from meaty bones as opposed to just muscle meat, it has the glycine, proline and hydroxyproline that whey lacks —three substances that support collagen production, joints and gut health (alongside muscle repair and growth).

For a deeper dive into the differences, read our founder's blog post about beef protein vs. whey protein. And if you have specific dietary or use case questions, click here to submit a customer support ticket.

Does beef protein have enough leucine to maximize muscle growth?

When you take it the way it’s designed to be taken — alongside a nutritious meal — absolutely.

To understand the debate, you have to look at the biology of how muscle is built. Leucine is the specific essential amino acid that acts as an "ignition switch" for hypertrophy. It activates the mTOR pathway, signaling your body to start building muscle tissue.

Clinical sports nutrition data shows you need roughly 2.5 to 3.0 grams of leucine in a single sitting to fully flip that switch and max out the signal.

A standard serving of our beef isolate delivers 0.9 grams of highly bioavailable leucine. While some whey proteins contain enough leucine to cross that 2.5-gram threshold in a single scoop, relying on a powder as a standalone meal completely misses the point of what a supplement should be.

We didn’t formulate this to replace your meals; we designed it to upgrade them.

When you drink your shake alongside real food, your combined protein intake easily breaches that 2.5-gram mark.

Crucially, research confirms that once you hit that biological threshold, any extra leucine provided by a heavy whey shake is completely redundant. In other words, you don't build more muscle by flooding your system with excess leucine.

By pairing our beef isolate with a proper diet, you trigger the exact same maximum anabolic signal, but you also gain a massive influx of joint-supporting glycine and proline that dairy proteins completely lack.

Is beef protein powder dairy-free?

Yes. Our Beef Protein + Creatine is completely free of lactose, whey, and casein.

In fact, this absence of dairy is exactly why so many people make the switch from traditional sports supplements.

Whey and casein are milk derivatives that frequently trigger severe bloating, gas, and digestive distress.

Furthermore, whey is highly insulin-trophic, meaning it spikes the exact hormones that can cause excess sebum production and lead to acne breakouts.

Beef protein entirely bypasses these dairy-induced side effects while still delivering the complete essential amino acid profile you need to build muscle.

Because our formula also skips plant-based fillers like soy or pea protein, it fits seamlessly into strict dietary frameworks like Paleo, Carnivore, and Keto.

You get premium animal-based nutrition without the anti-nutrients found in legumes or the digestive triggers tied to milk.

Lastly, you might notice a regulatory warning stating the powder is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk. This is a strict legal disclosure meant to protect people with life-threatening, anaphylactic dairy allergies from potential trace cross-contamination. The actual formula contains zero dairy ingredients, making it the ideal alternative if you want to permanently avoid the stomach trouble associated with standard whey.

Does beef protein powder have side effects?

Not from the protein itself. Most of the trouble people experience with protein powders actually comes from the extras: sugar alcohols, industrial gums that cause bloating, and artificial sweeteners like sucralose. A high-quality beef isolate skips those fillers entirely. And since there's no lactose or milk protein to deal with, it digests cleanly without the stomach discomfort so commonly tied to dairy.

There is one thing to keep an eye on regarding the creatine, though. As it goes to work, it actively pulls water into your muscle cells. If the scale ticks up a pound or two in the first few weeks, don't worry. That's highly beneficial intracellular hydration, not fat, and it's a fundamental part of how creatine drives power and strength.

Also, the persistent worry that high protein and creatine damage the kidneys is a misunderstanding drawn from outdated studies on patients who already had renal failure. Healthy kidneys handle a beef protein shake the exact same way they'd handle a whole steak.

That said, if you've got a pre-existing kidney condition or take prescription medication, you should check with your doctor before adding creatine to your routine.

Can beef protein isolate help with weight loss?

It isn't a magic fat burner, but it's a highly effective tool for naturally optimizing your body composition.

First, protein is incredibly satiating. A clean beef protein shake gives your body the essential building blocks it craves, naturally quieting hunger and stabilizing energy so you stop reaching for processed junk.

More importantly, clinical trials show that beef protein isolate actively promotes fat loss while increasing the lean muscle tissue you need to fuel a robust, healthy metabolism.

The added creatine helps maintain your power output during training, but keep its effects in mind when checking the scale. Creatine actively pulls water into your muscle cells. If you gain a pound or two initially, that's beneficial intracellular hydration, not fat. Judge your progress by how your clothes fit, not just the number on the scale.

Finally, a thriving metabolism requires more than just protein. Since Beef Protein + Creatine focuses purely on muscle and power, pairing it with a natural multivitamin like our Beef Organs — which is made from a nature-identical mix of liver, heart, kidney, spleen, and pancreas — ensures your body gets the complete micronutrient profile it needs to run efficiently while optimizing your weight.

Does beef protein powder affect testosterone?

No. Neither beef protein nor 3 grams of creatine a day has been shown to move testosterone meaningfully in healthy adults.

The worry comes from red meat’s reputation and from one small study years ago that linked creatine to a rise in DHT (a hormone related to testosterone) which nobody has managed to repeat.

The bottom line is that Beef Protein + Creatine won't raise your testosterone... and it won’t lower it, either.

What keeps hormones healthy is proper protein intake, hard training, good sleep, a body weight you can maintain, and a few key micronutrients — zinc above all.

Protein is a floor, not a lever. Too little can pull testosterone down, but more than enough doesn’t push it up.

Zinc is the one to keep an eye on. Beef Protein + Creatine is made from muscle meat, bones and connective tissue, not organs, so it was never going to be where your minerals come from.

Oysters are, though. They’re one of the richest whole-food sources of zinc there is, which is why our Oyster Extract is the natural pairing here: 20% of your daily zinc per serving from wild-caught oysters, plus copper, iodine, selenium and B12.

And it's far less likely to cause the nausea a lot of people get from standalone zinc pills.

If you’d rather cover the whole micronutrient picture, that’s what Beef Liver and Beef Organs are for.

How is this different than Collagen & Colostrum?

They serve two different purposes: muscle performance versus structural and immune repair.

Beef Protein + Creatine is your primary anabolic driver. It delivers all nine essential amino acids — including the leucine required to trigger muscle protein synthesis — alongside a clinical dose of creatine to fuel your power output. Its main job is building lean mass and driving physical performance. While it naturally contains joint-supporting collagen because it's sourced from whole-animal beef, it's fundamentally a complete sports protein.

Collagen & Colostrum, on the other hand, is highly targeted nourishment for your gut, skin, and immune system. Collagen on its own is an incomplete protein (it biologically lacks tryptophan), meaning it won't build muscle. Instead, this formula provides 10 grams of targeted peptides for structural repair, paired with 3 grams of colostrum (which is packed with immunoglobulins and lactoferrin to actively heal your gut lining and boost your immune resilience).

The bottom line? If you're training hard and want to build muscle and strength, opt for Beef Protein + Creatine. If your focus is healing your gut, improving your skin, or bulletproofing your immune system, you want Collagen & Colostrum.

And because they do different jobs, combining them is no problem.

Questions about quality & sourcing

What is the cleanest beef protein powder?

W believe our Beef Protein + Creatine is the cleanest beef protein powder you can buy.

It has just five ingredients: beef protein isolate, creatine monohydrate, vanilla bean extract, pink Himalayan salt and monk fruit extract.

We use no emulsifiers, gums, fillers or flow agents. And there are no "natural flavors" hiding substances you wouldn't want to put in your body. In other words, it's free of the junk found in virtually all mass-market protein powders.

The beef itself comes from grass-fed cattle raised in the EU, where growth hormones are prohibited.

And instead of just throwing a generic “third-party tested” badge up on our website, like most brands, we publish the actual heavy-metal test results on the product page, right below the "add to cart" button. (Because you should never have to just take someone's word when it comes to your health.)

Everything we do is about delivering the best possible supplement for you and your family. That's why we like to say our mission is "pure nutrition without compromises."

Is this a grass-fed beef protein powder?

Yes. Our beef protein isolate is produced in Sweden exclusively from grass-fed cattle raised in the European Union.

This specific sourcing matters immensely for the safety and purity of your daily protein supplement.

Unlike many other regions, the European Union enforces incredibly strict agricultural laws that completely prohibit the use of synthetic growth-promoting hormones — such as estradiol and trenbolone — in cattle farming. In conventional, grain-fed feedlot operations outside the EU, these hormones are routinely implanted into cows to artificially accelerate weight gain, despite independent scientific committees raising serious concerns about their potential as endocrine disruptors and carcinogens.

Furthermore, the EU has legally banned the routine, preventative feeding of antibiotics to healthy livestock. So by strictly sourcing grass-fed cattle from these heavily regulated European pastures, we ensure the animals are raised naturally on their native diet with plenty of space to graze, which drastically reduces animal stress and disease.

Ultimately, this guarantees that you're getting a genuinely clean, premium muscle-building supplement without ingesting the residual industrial hormones or unnecessary antibiotics that plague standard commercial meat production.

Does beef protein powder contain heavy metals?

It really comes down to where the raw ingredients originate. We specifically formulated our Beef Protein + Creatine to completely sidestep the heavy metal contamination crisis currently making headlines across the sports nutrition industry.

If you look at recent independent testing from organizations like the Clean Label Project, a shocking number of top-selling powders exceed safety limits for lead, arsenic, and cadmium. The most consistent offenders are actually organic plant proteins, like pea and rice. Because those specific industrial crops act like natural sponges, they actively draw heavy metals directly out of the soil and concentrate them into the final processed powder.

Our formula takes a fundamentally different path. By sourcing our isolate exclusively from grass-fed cattle raised on highly regulated European Union pastures, we completely bypass that toxic soil-to-plant bioaccumulation trap. You get the pure, muscle-building power of a premium animal protein without inheriting the hidden agricultural baggage that plagues plant-based alternatives.

We don't just blindly trust the supply chain, either. We rigorously third-party test our batches to ensure the powder consistently registers well below the incredibly strict safety thresholds set by California's Proposition 65.

Is this authentic beef protein, or just cheap collagen and gelatin?

This is an authentic, complete beef protein isolate. We like to be crystal clear about this distinction, because the supplement industry harbors a pretty deceptive secret when it comes to the "beef" category.

A shockingly high number of products legally marketed as beef protein are actually just cheap, highly processed gelatin derived from leftover hides and bone scraps.

Biologically, those inferior scraps are entirely missing an essential amino acid called tryptophan. Because of that missing link, their biological protein digestibility score (PDCAAS) drops right to zero — meaning they literally can't trigger muscle growth on their own.

To hide this glaring flaw, shady manufacturers will "amino spike" the powder, dumping cheap free-form amino acids into the mix to artificially trick laboratory tests into showing a higher protein count.

We completely refuse to play that game. Our formula utilizes HydroBEEF™, a premium isolate made from the defatted meaty bones and connective tissue of grass-fed European cattle rather than cheap slaughterhouse scraps.

And instead of using harsh chemical solvents, it’s crafted through a gentle, purely mechanical and thermal hydrolysis process.

Because of that strict sourcing and clean extraction, the powder preserves the entire nine-essential-amino-acid profile — including the crucial tryptophan — that your body absolutely requires for hypertrophy.

You get the genuine muscle-building power of a complete protein, delivered right alongside the naturally occurring collagen peptides that fortify your joints and tendons.

The bag says 22 g of beef protein isolate. Why does the Supplement Facts panel say 21 g of protein?

Because they're measuring two different things: the raw ingredient weight versus the actual macronutrient yield.

Every serving contains exactly 22 grams of beef protein isolate. However, no commercially available dried protein powder is 100% pure protein by weight.

That's because the processes used to turn meat and connective tissue into a stable powder leave behind a tiny amount of residual moisture and naturally occurring trace minerals.

In our formula, that residual material accounts for exactly 1 gram per serving. So, while you're scooping 22 grams of the physical isolate ingredient, the functional protein your body actually absorbs is 21 grams.

Questions about creatine

Does beef protein powder have creatine in it?

While whole steaks are naturally rich in creatine, a purified protein powder is a different story.

The extraction and thermal hydrolysis processes required to separate the protein from the meat and connective tissue typically strip away or degrade the naturally occurring creatine. So, on its own, a standard beef isolate doesn't retain a high enough concentration of creatine to actually drive athletic performance.

But because protein and creatine biologically belong together, we intentionally put the creatine back into this powder.

We add a clinical 3-gram dose of premium creatine monohydrate to every serving, turning two critical recovery steps into one simple daily habit. The beef protein isolate supplies the essential amino acids for muscle repair, while the added creatine actively saturates the cells to support maximum strength, power output, and hydration.

How we put it back matters just as much. If you look at our label, you'll see the 22 grams of beef protein isolate and the 3 grams of creatine listed on completely separate lines. This is a crucial transparency detail. Many deceptive supplement brands use a trick called "amino spiking," where they dump cheap creatine into a powder and count its nitrogen content toward the total protein number to fake a higher yield.

By keeping our ingredients separated on the label, we guarantee the creatine is never artificially inflating your protein count.

Do I still need a separate creatine supplement?

Every two-scoop serving of our formula has 3 grams of Creavitalis® creatine monohydrate built right in.

In clinical sports nutrition, a steady intake of 3 to 5 grams per day is the precise maintenance dose healthy adults need to reach and maintain full muscular saturation.

We formulated this right at the highly effective 3-gram sweet spot for a very specific reason: it allows your muscles to completely optimize their ATP energy stores over time, but it deliberately avoids the severe gastrointestinal distress, cramping, and bloating that frequently accompany heavy 5-gram scoops or aggressive "loading phases."

Beyond just the clinical dose, you're also getting a massive upgrade in raw quality.

Instead of the gritty, poorly soluble generic creatine found in most standalone tubs, we exclusively use German-engineered Creavitalis®. It's produced to an absolute 99.9% purity floor and is ultra-micronized for flawless absorption.

Is creatine safe?

Creatine monohydrate is arguably the most extensively studied ingredient in sports nutrition history. Decades of clinical research consistently support a daily maintenance dose of 3 to 5 grams for healthy adults. We include exactly 3 grams per serving so you can maintain optimal muscular saturation without the gastrointestinal distress that sometimes accompanies heavy "loading" phases.

But when we talk about safety, the actual manufacturing source matters immensely. A massive portion of the world's generic creatine is manufactured in facilities that use harsh organic solvents, frequently leaving behind toxic industrial byproducts like dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine. To guarantee absolute biological safety, we exclusively use Creavitalis®, which is engineered and produced in Germany. It's made in a tightly controlled, water-based system that ensures 99.9% purity and completely eliminates those chemical risks.

It's also worth clearing up a few persistent internet myths.

Modern clinical literature has definitively proven that daily creatine use doesn't cause hair loss or elevate DHT (dihydrotestosterone) levels. Additionally, healthy kidneys process normal creatine intake effortlessly.

However, as is standard with any nutritional shift, if you've got a pre-existing kidney condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medication, you should always check with your doctor before adding it to your routine.

What makes Creavitalis® chemically superior to generic creatine?

When you're comparing creatine sources, the biggest difference between a premium ingredient and a generic powder comes down to absolute chemical purity.

Right now, roughly 84% of the world's creatine monohydrate is synthesized overseas in facilities that often lack strict, closed-system quality controls. That cheaper production method relies on harsh organic solvents and frequently leaves behind unwanted industrial byproducts — specifically dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine (DHT) — mixed right into the final supplement.

We weren't willing to cut corners on the most effective performance ingredient in sports nutrition. That's why our formula exclusively uses Creavitalis®. It's manufactured in Trostberg, Germany by AlzChem, the exact same facility famous for producing Creapure®. Instead of relying on cheap solvents, they utilize a tightly controlled, completely water-based synthesis process.

The result is a guaranteed purity floor of 99.9%, with toxic byproducts like DHT rendered completely undetectable.

But the superiority isn't just chemical; it's also physical. Creavitalis® is engineered with an ultra-fine, micronized particle size. So instead of dealing with that gritty, sandy residue you normally get at the bottom of a generic creatine shake, it disperses flawlessly into cold liquids for a perfectly smooth texture every time.

Questions about usage

How much should I take, and when?

For optimal results, take one serving — two scoops mixed into at least 8 ounces of water, milk or coffee — every single day.

When it comes to timing, the most important factor is actually consistency rather than hitting a specific post-workout window.

Because creatine operates on long-term cellular saturation, you need to take it daily to keep your muscle ATP stores topped off, even on your rest days.

We intentionally formulated this product at a clinical maintenance dose so you can completely skip the aggressive "loading phases" that typically cause stomach cramps and bloating, while still maximizing your power output over time.

We highly recommend drinking your daily dose alongside a whole-food meal. While our bone-derived beef isolate is a complete protein, combining it with food ensures you easily cross the biological "leucine threshold" required to fully saturate the mTOR pathway and trigger maximum muscle protein synthesis.

Pairing it with a meal is also the perfect opportunity to stack your micronutrients. Keep in mind that while this powder delivers elite muscle and joint support, it isn't an organ supplement.

For example, it doesn't contain the specific B vitamins, CoQ10, or heme iron found in liver and heart tissue.

If you're taking our American Beast capsules (grass-fed bison liver and heart) to cover those nutritional gaps, knocking back your protein and capsules together at breakfast is the simplest way to cover your baseline for the day.

Does beef protein powder mix well?

Yes, but you can't just lightly stir it with a spoon. To get a perfectly smooth shake, you'll need a shaker bottle with a whisk ball, a hand frother, or a blender, along with at least 8 ounces of water or your preferred beverage.

The reason it requires a proper shake comes down to ingredient purity. If a protein powder dissolves instantly the second it touches liquid, it's almost certainly loaded with chemical emulsifiers — most commonly, soy or sunflower lecithin.

Manufacturers use these industrial additives to artificially alter the powder's surface tension and force it to mix, but they're also notorious for triggering bloating, gas, and disrupting the gut microbiome. We deliberately chose to leave them out of our formula to protect your stomach.

Because we rely on pure, unadulterated beef peptides rather than chemical binding agents, the powder benefits from a bit of mechanical agitation. The trade-off for taking a few seconds to shake your cup is a significantly cleaner, much more digestible product.

The good news is that the added creatine won't cause any mixing issues. While generic creatine often settles at the bottom of your drink like gritty sand, the German-engineered Creavitalis® we use is ultra-micronized. Once you give your bottle a solid shake, the fine particles stay perfectly suspended in the liquid, ensuring a rich, smooth texture without any chalky residue at the bottom of your glass.

Does beef protein powder taste like beef?

Not at all. If you're imagining a savory, broth-like shake, you can put that fear to rest.

The reason it doesn't taste like meat comes down to how it's made. The advanced mechanical and thermal hydrolysis process used to create our isolate completely strips away the specific fats, lipids, and molecular compounds that give steak its distinct, savory flavor. What you're left with is a highly purified, enzymatically neutral peptide base that takes on added flavors perfectly.

Because that base is so neutral, the only thing you actually taste is the real vanilla bean we use in our formula.

Can you bake with this beef protein powder?

Yes, you can absolutely bake with it. It’s a great way to add high-quality animal protein to pancakes, muffins, or brownies, and since our formula uses real vanilla bean, it blends perfectly into those traditional dessert profiles.

However, you do have to know how to handle it. Because beef protein isolate is highly purified and completely lacks gluten, it absorbs liquid much faster than standard baking ingredients. If you just randomly throw a scoop into a normal batter, your baked goods will likely come out dry, dense, and crumbly.

To get the best texture, it's always best to follow recipes specifically designed for protein powders. If you're modifying your own favorite recipes, you'll need to compensate for that rapid liquid absorption by adding extra moisture — like an extra egg, more butter, or mashed fruit — to keep the structure soft and prevent the batter from drying out in the oven.

Is beef protein powder safe for daily use?

Yes, and daily use is exactly how it's designed to be taken. Because a high-quality beef protein isolate is fundamentally just purified food, there's nothing to cycle and no reason to take breaks.

When you drink a shake every day, the biggest safety concern is actually chronic exposure to contaminants. Independent testing shows many popular powders expose users to unsafe levels of heavy metals like lead and cadmium. Because our isolate comes exclusively from EU-sourced, grass-fed cattle, it completely bypasses that agricultural bioaccumulation.

Daily use is also where a dairy-free beef isolate shines. Consuming whey every day frequently leads to cumulative gastrointestinal distress and persistent acne breakouts driven by dairy-induced hormonal spikes. Beef protein eliminates that daily inflammatory burden on your gut and skin.

Finally, healthy kidneys easily process an optimal daily protein intake without any renal stress. Just remember to count Beef Protein + Creatine toward your total daily food macros. If you've got a pre-existing kidney condition, are pregnant, or take medication, check with your doctor first.
