How do I join MK Supplements Rewards?
Start a subscription to any MK Supplements product. You're enrolled automatically at the Bone tier and start earning points from your very first subscription order.
How many points do I earn?
You earn points for every $1 you spend on subscription orders: 1 point at Bone, 3 at Stone, 5 at Bronze, 8 at Iron and 10 at Steel. Shipping costs don't earn points. You can also earn bonus points for things like adding your birthday or joining our newsletter.
Do points stack with my subscription discount?
Yes. You still get your 15% subscription discount on every order, and you earn points on top of it. Points are a bonus, not a replacement.
What are my points worth?
Every 100 points is worth $1. At Steel, that means you get 10% of what you spend back in rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
You can use points two ways: at checkout on a one-time order, or by applying them to an upcoming subscription order in your customer portal. There's no minimum cart value and no limit on how many points you can use per order. Points also work alongside product, order and shipping discounts. If you turn points into a discount code, use it within 24 hours.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points expire 3 months after your last order activity, so keep your orders going and your points stay active.
How do I move up a tier?
Everyone starts at Bone. From there, tiers are based on your subscription streak, meaning the number of subscription orders you've had in a row. Reach a streak of 3 consecutive orders for Stone, 6 for Bronze, 9 for Iron and 12 for Steel. You're always placed in the highest tier you qualify for.
Can I lose my tier?
Yes. Your tier depends on keeping your subscription streak going. If your streak breaks, you lose your tier, and you'll climb back up as you rebuild your streak. Iron and Steel members get one streak restoration per year to protect their progress.
What is a streak restoration?
If a missed or skipped order breaks your subscription streak, a streak restoration puts it back so you don't lose your progress. Iron and Steel members get one per calendar year.
How does the Steel price lock work?
When you reach Steel, the price of your subscription is locked in for as long as that subscription stays active, even if our prices go up.
